Your journey begins with a comprehensive 90-minute initial consultation. Prior to our session, you’ll complete a detailed health history assessment, providing a snapshot of your current health situation. During our consultation, we’ll:

60 minute sessions for Existing Clients (Longer appointments can be requested)
After your initial consultation, our 60-minute follow-up sessions are designed to be flexible, allowing you to drop in as needed. Each session is a unique experience, tailored to where your mind-body-spirit leads us, and may include:
Check-In and Progress Review: Start each session with a short questionnaire to track your progress and identify new areas to focus on.
Dynamic Healing Techniques: Engage in a variety of practices, including guided meditation, breathwork, scientific education, or simply open dialogue—wherever the greatest opportunity for healing lies
Spirit-Guided Exploration: Allow the natural flow of the session to guide us, addressing physical symptoms, emotional imbalances, or energetic blocks as needed.
